$6,710 in arrears on child support. Court ordered to pay, has provided false income to court, was ordered to pay directly at court house, hasn't done it. 14 Jun 11 - ordered to pay $1,076/month (hasn't seen child on own accord in five months)
12 Jul 11 - can't provide proper information regarding employement - past employers do not count. Court orderd to pay the circuit clerk's office directly.
16 Aug 11 - $200 payment to circuit clerk's office - because he was due in court 15 minutes later.
01 Nov 11 - $100 payment from Illinois State Disbursement Office. Nothing since. To date, hasn't seen child in nearly 11 months. Court denied his "emergency" motion for visitation. Has lied to his own lawyer now that he has made a lump sump payment on or about 03 December. The state didn't get it, the circuit clerk's office didn't get it, his CHILD didn't get it. Watch out because he owns a photobooth business too - Partybooth Rentals. He doesn't claim this income on taxes - well, he doesn't even file taxes - otherwise his children would be getting even more child support.
