I worked for jesse cheema (cheema trucking ) in englewood florida for almost 2 years ... first he will try and be a nice boss then he will make you run and cheat on your log book like crazy .. when i told him after he kept pushing me to lie and cheat on my logs that i wasnt going to do it any more he told me he was going to fire me .. after he fired me he had a visit from the dot ( department of transportation ) she autited him and found that my lic. was suspended while i was on the road she then came to my home and i told her how jesse would not pay me when i came off of trips until he made me redo my log books and match my fuel recipts to my days cause he would make me drive for 20 -23 hours a day i was hauling team loads from fl- cal doing a turn in 5-6 days my self .. when i told the dot lady this she told me that my logs were fine ... jesse cheema redid most of my logs and would make me sign un filled log pages so he could re do them .. then he would give me 1099 and my pay was wrong he would never pay me and owes me at least half of what he claims he paid me .. hes a lier and a thief ... he makes you work on his peterbilts to help him deck them out then doesnt pay you for your time to fix his trucks when your home off a trip for 2 days he will make you work with out paying you a dime ...i also know of the accident that he covered up with his girl driver (rennee ) she ran into some car out in calafornia and he told her to hurry home with her yellow peterbilt he sanded the bumper and re painted it ... when calafornia hwy police called jesse i was standing there as he was re painting the truck and he lied told them she wasnt there even though the people in the accident got the tag number ... and then he changed rennee"s log s to make it look like she wasnt even in the same town (poor people ) had to fix there car there self ... he is a real piece of work the other person that wrote that report on jesse cheema is not lieing .. i wish i knew his number ..i tryed to call a lawyer but i didnt have proof as i dont have my log book pages anymore jesse would not give me copies for trips and he took my book after he fired me so i couldnt show proof i know it was in my truck but he stole it .. trust me you will be over worked ran to the ground and talked to like your stupid he fires you then re hires you ...and he should be investagated by dot as well as the labor board ... i agree ..

I have worked with Jesse as well, but had to leave due to my family relocation. He is a very fair, and knowledgeable boss. What I have noticed through my employment, is that Jesse does not tolerate cheaters, liars, and irresponsible drivers; especially those which lie about their whereabouts, and steal fuel. Those types of individuals were let go; which in turn leave hateful comments. Shame on those who jeopardize not only the employer, but also the customer, and worse - innocent civilians on the road.
