What posseses a person like Jessica Lynn Leary to steal a vehicle from her grandparents and has refused to return the vehicle to her grandparents which has continued to go on for almost 10 months ??? The story starts when Richard Smith was buying a NEW CAR for his wife and Jessica Lynn Learty came to them with a story of having no car and in need of hekp. Within days she somehow got the grandparents to loan her the car to go looking for a job. They have neither seen the grand daughter or the car since.
