charged credit card - never sent product

I ordered a braclet in september 30, 2011. I have yet to receive the product or a refund. The website looks legit when you look at it - it has yahoo secure check out supposedly and customer feedback on the website. I called and left messages on what sounds like a home answering machine and sent emails asking about the item. I received a return phone call back several weeks ago and Chris stated that he would check and see if he could upgrade the item I wanted to something better since the item I ordered was out of stock. He was supposed to call me back the next day and let me know or get me a refund. Needless to say he never called back. I have sent more emails and left more messages and nothing. I am so annoyed that I got scammed. I hope this person is happy spending my hard earned money. RIDICULOUS!!
