I called Jiffy auto glass out of Tucson to come to my work to repair my windshield on my van. They brought the wrong type of window for my van and asked if it was ok if they stilled installed it. I had to be into work so I just ok figuring they knew what they were dong. We were also promised a $100 check to be mailed to us the next day. When I went to drive home the windshield was letting in a lot of air and noise. The top part of my dashboard closest to the window was shaking and moving which it had never done in the past. I called them up to come fix it. They came back to my work and said everything was fine with windshield. I told them it wasnt, wind and noise was coming inand the dashboard was moving and shaking. They glued down the dashboard which did not fix the problem. It has been over a month and we STILL have not recieved a check of any kind from them even after calling and emailing over 5 times, which NO ONE ever responded to. Every single time I call, I get the same exact response: "We have your check here and we will mail it out today". This has been going on for over a month! They have scammed me out of a decent windshield, broke my dashboard, and have NOT sent me a check.
