Dear All

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to post my comments and to add my spices. For years I have been trading online, never have I a doubt that a webhost provider would steal data from her own clients. Most of the time a host provider (a good one) is very busy and she does not care about what the contents of her prospective customers provided customers do not publish illegal contents including porns.

From October 2010 until recently all my sites were hosted on jixhost. For so many times my ecommerce site was cracked and I have to pull it down. The answer to my complaints from jixhost was that my own scripts loaded on her server were the culprits to facilitate hackers. Needless to say that she is very arrogant! (I assume that she is a female though I am 100% sure that it is a single person business). My wife told me that if they were not hackers it is only the host-master who can crack your web sites. And from reading this post, I comment that it is quite possible that a host master can steal your data, not all, of course, but at least someone can do it. From the year of 2000 I was keeping on changing web host (nearly every year), but only the first time I encountered this type of phenomena. Web sites cracked. Data was missing. .htaccess file modified in the root directory to direct traffic to some other things else. If I use to keep changing web host in the past it is not because of the service of the host is bad, but simply because of my wife and I, we have a philosophy to always target the service of the lowest price. Jixhost is an example of the host having a lowest rate on the market.

And now if you would ask a simple question whether a service of the lowest rate is beneficial? And now from this experience I would definitely reply no. During the past week end I used up to nearly 5000 clicks within my Google CPA accounts, and one of the Google administrator told me that my clicks are targeting a wrong URL and my campaign was temporarily disabled. When I log to my control panel to check my stats, I noticed that I receive 0 traffic and worse than that again, my .htaccess file in the root directory was modified to direct traffic to a database file. I was very furious. That did not happen only once or twice but many times. When I contacted jixhost, without any reply, she immediately suspend my account with no refund to my previous prepaid. After this incidents, went a series of war of words between me and jixhost. What I refused to accept from jixhost, is not what she did to my web sites, but I would prefer to forget and forgive her arrogance though I was needlessly accused as an abuser of webhost.

And now, by the grace of God, I will choose a dedicated server according to my business which is being flourished. There is nothing good about a cheap web hosting. Monthly $8.98 for a reseller account with unlimited bandwidth is a lie. A fool can believe it. A cheap webhost provider knows what to do in case you are using much more bandwidth. At any moment she can suspend your account to pretend that you are abusing the host. That is the particular property of jixhost.
