Joelle Addante - Dynamic Mortgage Solutions Loan Modification Fraud Phoenix Arizona

I began a loan modification process with Dynamic Mtg in April of this year. Joelle Addante required an up front fee of $2250 to start the process. I wish I had known that was against the law for loan modification. She was recommended by a good friend so I didn't do my research as I should have. Joelle stated the modification would take approx 3-5 months. I gave her the requested documents in two weeks, but heard nothing back from her for several months. I foolishly thought I'd wait for her response since I was told of the above time frame. Four months into this process, a letter from my mortgage compay stating I had been denied a loan modification due to my incomplete file and that they were going to begin foreclosure proceedings woke me up. After a week of frantic phone calls and emails to Joelle, she finally responded to let me know she was closing her office and would finalize my modification from her home and would handle the letter of denial. In her words, deadlines were missed all the time and this was not unusual, but since so much time had passed from when I first gave her my documents, I had to resend updated docs all over again - due to her inability to complete the process in a timely manner in the first place! I was furious, but felt trapped and was hoping against intuition that I was wrong about her. I have been paying my mortgage on time and I'm not in arrears. I wanted to refinance my ARM loan before it adjusted and would be unaffordable for me to keep my home. Joelle suggested we load modify instead of just refinancing and now I'm having to deal with foreclosure proceedings because she's incompetent. To date, I've heard from Joelle only once to let me know that she spoke to my mortgage company and that no foreclosure is in process and that I would have an answer on the modification in 10-14 days. That was a month ago. She is not responding to emails or calls. I've reported her today to the Attorney General's office - something I should have been smart enough to do long before now. Stay far away from her.
