This company deserves to lose it's license to practice law. Because they collect debt and do their job? No. It's how they go about it.

I realize that getting into debt is ones own fault, which I will take and only be mad at myself for that. What I am amazed by is their behavior and business practices.

If you are lucky to get a representative on the phone to discuss your debt, they are extremely rude and verbally abusive.

I tried making payment arrangements with them so they wouldn't garnish my wages (as my employer made it clear to employees that they don't want any garnishments and not get them involved, yeah they are assholes) They refused and told me they would only go through my employer. They were extremely rude and verbally abusive. I do understand they want to collect the maximum amount, which is why I would have offered pay stubs showing what I take home to prove the payments I was willing to make was substantially more than they would have collected. (of course I would have blacked out the employer name)

I was calling to arrange almost double what they could take out of my paychecks and they refused and said they would go through my employer. This matter obviously became personal for them and they are proving that their point is 'sticking it to me' They must feel very big right now and sleep very well at night. One more person they have screwed over, they're probably drinking to it right now, smiling.

I don't understand how a company can do business like this. Their job is to collect money, but they refused it from me and instead, gave me pain and hurt.

Yes I know, lesson learned to pay my bills on time and this is entirely my fault, but regardless of past mistakes (this debt is 8 years old) how do you honestly sleep at night treating someone so horribly, especially when they are reaching out to try and do the right thing.

Instead of wishing terrible things for these people, I pray that they find God, peace and love so this does not happen to other people.

I HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE POST COMMENT OF THE PROBLEMS THAT SHE HAS HAD WITH JOHNSON MARK LLC. THEY SHOULD HAVE THERE LICENSE JERKED OUT FROM UNDER THEM. THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I EVER TALKED TO. ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY, MONEY. AND THEY THINK THAT EVERY WORD THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH IS A LIE. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE IF THEY CAN. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY, OR WHATEVER THEY CAN GARNISH FROM YOU.THEY WORK, JUST UNDER THE LEGAL LIMITS OF THE LAW AND GET AWAY WITH IT. I WISH SOMEONE OUT THEIR WOULD FIND THE LOOPHOLE THAT WOULD PUT THEM UNDER THE BUS ONCE AND FOR ALL. I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT HAD AN ENCOUNTER WITH JOHNSON RIDDLE MARK LLC. THEY ARE LEGAL SCAMMERS AND HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT FOR YEARS. IF YOU HAVE NO MONEY THEY STILL DO A CREDIT CHECK ON YOU, THEY SNIFF YOU OUT LIKE YOUR DEAD MEAT. My husband was in an accident and couldn't work for months. Then economy went to pot and he had to work without pay for 6 weeks. Nearly lost our home. We went with a debt consolidation company to get our debts paid so we wouldn't lose our home.

In 2009 we received a letter of intent to sue from Johnson Mark. Our consolidation company and them came up with a settlement agreement which we paid in full by November of 2009.

Today I get a letter from Johnson Mark LLC, which by the way is three years later, and they are demanding the money again in full, plus $500 interest.

I was livid, tried calling on the phone which I couldn't get anything but an answering machine. Gave them a piece of my mind and the reference # associated with the payment.

The letter claims I need to dispute it by mail. I refuse to pay any more money to these scam artist by me having to go to a stupid post office to mail something because they refuse to answer the phone.

These morons need to be shut down. I contacted the Utah Attorney General and other places to file complaints against these hosers.

I got a notice from this firm which was made to look like a legal judgment. It, however, had some pertinent information missing. I know they bought this from an out of state group of collection lawyers who did sue me in that state. I went to court and beat them. Silly of me to think that was the last I would hear of this! I know these firms buy bundles of debts from other states and try to collect. I beat them in another state and I will do it here in Utah too. I should mention that this debt is more than ten years old. I tried to pay it off using a debt consolidation and they would not agree to any terms I tried to negotiate. Now they are asking for more than twice the money I ever owed! I cannot believe anyone would use a precious law degree to engage in this kind of marginally legal practice.
