We ordered a pair of basketball shoes from this company. The total cost including shipping was $74. When we received the shoes they had sent the wrong pair. When I sent a note explaining this, they asked me to take a picture to prove they were the wrong ones. I did and then I received a note from them apologizing for their error and offering a 15% discount off the next order. When I asked them for a refund or for them to send the shoes I had ordered I got no response. I keep sending them emails and still I have heard nothing else from them. We are left with a very ugly pair of shoes and $74 dollars out of our account. We are NOT happy!
