Price on jacket reduced 20% in a matter of hours and unlike reputable retailers they refuse to refund price difference. No response to customer service email Service center says " don't bother talking to a supervisor they won't do anything either" Beyond sleazy they bank on the fact that people who purchase online late Sunday won't be "price checking on Monday am" Jos. A. Bank also agreed to pay $425,000 in civil penalties and $50,000 in costs to the State of New York. Yes they are master of deceptive pricing
