| Joeseph Celello was contracted to install kitchen granite counter tops and back splash. We also paid for a seperate granite table top, (4 x 3). Here are the full details of the experience. We agreed for an installation date of August 30th, 2010 10am start time after the granite was selected. My wife stayed home from work to let them in. No one showed or called until 4pm. They finally showed up and we quickly realized that the granite top was cut wrong, they also did not have the table and the contractors had no idea they were also doing the back splash. To make matters worse they also were upset because they were not told they had to remove my old counter tops. They left with no installation or explanation. After an argument with Joseph the owner over the phone and in person he agreed that he had measured incorrectly. We had to go pick out another slab of granite and set another date. The installers did not show on the date set, (September 13th) no call no show. We set another date, they showed up that following Friday. They installed the counter but the table top had a crack on it. I explained it to the contractors but they quickly dismissed it and said to take it up with Joe. During the installation they cracked my sheet rock under the counter, cracked the bottom of the kitchen sink counter and cracked the stove counter cabinet. They also cracked 4 other areas of the sheet rock in the kitchen. I called and spoke to Joe and explained about the cracked table top. Since they had the another slab they could use since they measured wrong the first time he said he would check it out and use that slab if it was indeed cracked. Joe showed up on September 27th 2010 and inspected the table and agreed it was indeed cracked. I also showed him all of the damages his team had done during installation. He agreed to replace the table top and said it would take a couple of days. We are now on March 17th, almost 6 months with no response. I have called and called during the first 30 days and he does not pick up and when he is tricked into picking up by blocking the number he says they are going to do it but never shows up, promising to do it soon. That was 6 months ago and we still have no resolution. I have heard many complaints about him, even from the team he uses for installations stating that he frauds all his customers in one way or another. The last conversation he pretty much said he would get to it whenever and hung up on me. I have pictures of all issues explained above. I have filed complaints against him with the BBB, local chambers of commerce, Florida contractors complaint forum and my attorney is finalizing a civil suit. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this con artist. |

| I Have been a customer of Mr. Cellelo"s for about 15 years . He has done 2 kitchens 4 bathrooms and my marble floors . He has also done the granite counter tops in 4 homes of my family members and 3 bathrooms . He was here last night measuring for our pool deck . After all those jobs I have never had a bad experience with Mr. Cellelo or his company . |
