He was offering various SEO packages

He seemed genuine so we made the initial payment of $67 via paypal. He emailed to say the work had been done. We checked the search enignes but found none of the work done.

When we questioned this he later admitted it hadnt and he would do it again.

4 weeks later nothing.

4 months later nothing.

We put in a dispute claim with paypal but he simply rejected it the same day. Paypal could not help as it was a 'service' not a product.

We wrote to him again and he basically told us to go away and thank you for the money.

This is not a nice guy
