I made the mistake of ordering some nail polish from this place. I placed a priority order because I needed it ASAP for a wedding. I sent an email inquiring to why it was taking so long to ship a bottle of nail polish that I paid for priority shipping (for a reason). This place promptly cancels my order, which was fine with me, but conveniently forgets to issue a refund until I file a dispute with paypal. Then they have their so called customer service call me and tell me they have 10 days to ship an order and since I obviously didn't agree with their terms they cancelled the order. Then the woman goes on to tell me how I need to stop contacting them with my rude messages. I contacted them 2 times ONLY inquiring about my order and why it was taking so long. These people obviously do not know anything about customer service and I encourage my fellow vegans to NOT order anything from this place, Journey within formerly a different daisy. Any good business ships immediately especially on a priority order. I can proudly say I placed an order for the same polish from reputable seller on Ebay and received it 2 DAYS LATER for HALF the price this jack leg place was charging.
