First, I do feel sorry for Joy; apparently she has lost a son. However, while her son was still alive, she was a drunk and unprofessional as the day is long! Upon initially meeting her, she comes across as very charming, sweet and a bit helpless; using a dewy breathless girly voice. (Note to Joy if she reads this; honey you are looking a bit too rough now to try to get away with that little girly whisper) However, once she has gotten your money, she is a completely different person. Undependable, ALWAYS blaming others for her misfortune and problems, and most importantly a compulsive liar! Her concern is not for the home owner, not to her home tenders, only to her own self interest in order to keep up appearances. E.g. She offers help or a loan of furniture for staging. Upon delivery; she will say something like: "You will need to pay to have these carpets and sofas professional cleaned." Or she will try to bully you in doing business with a particular company if you do not want to because she has an outstanding balance and is looking for a way to pay off her bill (of course, she doesn't tell you this...). This lady is SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. Ask for references from previous home owners and home tenders from her before deciding to do business with her. If you decide to do so; don't say you were not warned!
