I went to an event of Jt Foxx s several months ago and was initially impressed with the high level speakers he had there. What I found out was this was just a guise to build credibility to sell a high priced coaching program is a SCAM, a complete FRAUD. I'm sorry to admit that I was suckered into JT Foxx s program and paid $60,000 to be a part of it. I realized very shortly that all they wanted was my money and that the follow up was non existent. Emails and phone calls led to nothing. I went and did some research online and found a bunch of others who also felt scammed by him. Overall, I was disgusted that he has the balls to take tens of thousands of dollars from people and THEN not even follow up with what he said he's going to do. I am speaking for myself and the dozens (maybe hundreds) of others out there and am saying, "STAY AWAY!!" Don't allow him or his little evil minions in the back of the room take you for what he took me. You'll regret it for the rest of your life. If you got ripped off by him, you can complain at: 4381 Flamingo Road (Palms Place next to the Palms Casino)

I was at the Raymond-Aaron seminar with J.T Foxx and it seemed very preachey. I felt I knew more about marketing then he did and saw the holes in the whole presentation. Others there seemed uneducated and brainwashed. It was like you said "first day was great" but by the second day I realized what was going on. It is a clever guerrilla marketing tactic. To hold a seminar for your target market, get them hyped and then in all the excitement goat them into your program. I am sure now this is how they all REALLY make their money. Not by business, but by clever wording and fraudulant behaviour.

Thank you prior poster...without your post people would probably lose a lot more money.

To All,

I posted the prior comment a few days ago and was surprised at the recognition I have gotten in doing so. Some people were in agreement with the post, however the majority did not agree. People have contacted me to let me know just how much this program has helped them mentally and financially. In reviewing both sides of this situation I can make this assessment: This program works for most, but is not for all. There are people who absolutely love going to these events and it has been beneficial for them in the business world. While I still maintain that this program is not for me, make your own informed decision by doing your own research into this matter.

“JT Foxx” (real name unknown) and Raymond Arron are fraudsters who have masterminded (and I give them some credit for it), a very clever operation in which they have gone to great lengths to avoid being classed as criminals, technically speaking. But, they ARE criminals. I will explain in detail how their seminars really work using manipulation techniques to get you to buy useless rubbish you think you can’t do without.

I own and have run a successful company for over four years and went there for amusement purposes. My close friend had purchased a £60 “monthly mentoring program” from Raymond. I saw this and was shocked by its poor content so I went undercover with my friend to the seminar event (but with an open mind) to see what it was all about. No way were they having my real details. It is important to state that I am not a competitor and have no other reason to want to say anything bad about these people. I was actually hoping the seminar would be great and that my friend had not wasted their money. Sadly, my instincts were correct. These people are clever. They’re good. They’re really good. But not good enough to fool me.

They are not as rich as they claim. And it’s obvious after a short while to any intelligent individual that they are not as wise as they claim and certainly not as experienced as they say they are.

Here’s want happens during the event.

Firstly it’s at a grandiose city hotel which will put any low wage earning mortal starting their own business into an environment in which they are not accustomed. It creates the illusion of success and promotes trust in the attendee’s heads. The tailored suit wearing speakers (mostly Raymond and “JT Foxx”) act confident and suave but if you’re an intelligent person with good instincts you’ll detect something that you can’t quite put your finger on. Later it sinks in – you notice a type of cockiness and self-praise which truly successful multi-millionaires simply don’t possess.

You are sat down at tables in a small group with water and a notepad. Raymond comes on first and starts teaching some really basic material which is mostly full of common sense and frankly if you haven’t learned it at school or haven’t already figured this out, you shouldn’t be running a business. There isn’t a thing he goes through which isn’t free on thousands of websites if you search well enough for some basic business strategy and management tips.

Next a grandiose introduction is given for this infamous mister “JT Foxx” – the name sounds more like a dodgy stock broker doesn’t it – from broke he’s apparently made millions in months but somehow you never heard of him. This tall guy with swagger struts on the stage with his hands in his pockets and starts telling you the facts of life. He’s 31 by the way and has apparently gone from -$34 to +$unknown in 6 years. He will avoid any question about his net worth and his rise to fame by talking a load of rubbish back at you for at least 10 minutes at about 20% faster than you can possibly listen. His only skill is talking. All self-made men are actually proud to tell you their story.

The first crack in their guise is when they pass round a form asking people to fill in the nature of their business and what they want to achieve. They say they will have a 1-to-1 with EVERYONE tomorrow and give them a personalised tip, a “blueprint” for their business which apparently is worth $5000 an hour from JT Foxx. But when the form comes round there are zero questions about your business – just a 1 line space to write what you want to do. Instead it’s actually a survey engineered to see what budget you have available to spend on training material and whether you would consider training. Then on day 2, oh dear, unfortunately they only had time to give one-to-ones and blueprints to the people who circled “yes” on “do you have a training budget”. What a coincidence. I made a point of going to the toilet so I could “overhear” a one-to-one. And guess what, the entire time they were successfully selling a £2, 000 coaching program to this gullible individual.

So day 1 of the seminar will seem completely legit to an uneducated, gullible, innocent or even foreign individual with little vision of their future and a poor understanding of business basics. Sure enough – those people will come away from day 1 feeling like they learned a great deal. But if you’re already running a business you’ll realise you knew it all anyway and will come away feeling like you should have only attended day 2. (Raymond tells you that day 1 is the setup for day 2 and that in day 2 you’ll have to pay attention.) So you come BACK to day 2 thinking it will be better.

The second day starts with some (slightly) more advanced and in-depth discussion on business branding. But let’s face it. If you don’t know what branding is or how to brand your business, what are you even doing there? You shouldn’t be in business in the first place. But after about 11am, the training JUST STOPS. THAT’S IT. THE END. NO MORE TRAINING. For the rest of the day their “friends” are invited to speak about themselves and about their quirky lives. Did you go to this course to hear about expeditions to the north pole by a sixty-something year old lady for 2 hours. Well done to her but do we care? Of course we don’t. Did you go there to hear about a book on zoomanity for 90 minutes by a quirky guy who apparently used to give lectures on copyrighting but doesn’t any more and be made to show gratitude for his presence? At this point you will be feeling fed up with boring generic rubbish which you knew you always knew.

At the end of day 1, Raymond asks what you want to do tomorrow. There are 4 options. Options 1 and 2 are full of buzz words like “how the rich get rich” and “how the broke stay broke”. Yes – those are the topics. Well thought out eh. But 3 is “How did Raymond Get rich” and 4 I can’t remember. The point is that 90% of the class voted “how did Raymond get rich”. So did we cover it? NO! Of course we didn’t. Because Raymond Arron actually isn’t rich at all. And he’s not doing these seminars for “fulfilment” like he says. He’s doing them because he’s and “JT Foxx” need the cash.

All of the training materials they go through in both days are simply echos of a man called Nido Qubein. And then – surprise surprise, they actually play you videos and phone calls from him. For over an hour. Apparently “JT Foxx” spends one million dollars a year to hear the voice of Nido on the phone for 30 minutes a week. O…K…Then. Even if that was true, “JT Foxx” must be incredibly thick because he spends a million bucks a year on stuff that I can hear for free - from my mother.
The only question in my mind the whole time was “are the minions at the back of the room and all of Ramond Arron’s friend guest speakers really aware about what he and Mr Foxx are really doing?” What do you think?

Why do you think they go from country to country so quickly?
Why can’t you find their real biographies? Even, their real names?
Why do their websites look like shit – like they are 10 years old? (I’m a developer by the way)
Why does “JT Foxx” claim he charges $15, 000 per hour for consultation and then offer to forward you his sessions with his own coach, Nido for just £50/month - but you have to sign up for 12 months. He claims by the way he’s losing money on that offer.

These people are no more genuine than Santa Clause, Rudolf and his red nose reindeers. But here’s the good news: They’ll get caught up eventually. And they’ll NEVER EVER be rich.
Good luck and God help you if you bought any worthless training program from them.

tell us JT FOXX where are these several multi million dollar companies you started? what are the names of these companies? what are the addresses? what are the services? what are the products? what is the cummulative net worth of all these companies? what are the individual company net worths? where are the audited financial statements?

tell us JT FOXX where these 500 properties are that you acquired? which states? which provinces? which countries? what are the addresses? are they commercial properties? are they residential properties? how much were they? did you sell any? how much money did you make? how many do you currently own?

you tell everyone JT FOXX that you're a multi miilionaire. you must have therefore made truck loads of money from your vast real estate empire? where is the head office for this real estate company? where are the offices of any of your supposed real estate company's - what the physical addresses? which realtor did you use? did you conduct each real estate transaction yourself? what other companies do you own?

tell us JT FOXX other than yourself and RAYMOND AARON who have recognized you as one of the top coaches in the world? give us the name of every person, association and organization who is qualified to have bestowed that title on you? Don't bother with listing the names of celebrities you've paid to appear at your events on your radio broadcast. give us the information, give us the list of awards, give us the names of the people involved in awarding these titles on you.

tell us JT FOXX which network has signed a syndication deal with you for your radio program? give us the name and contact information. give us the addresses of that communication company that syndicated your radio broadcasts. don't bother giving us the call letters of the stations you broadcast on, give us the contact information for your supposed syndication deal.

tell us JT FOXX what products and services you have branded and marketed. don't bother giving us names of websites you have registered or the domain names. give us the branding materials and campaigns, give us the product names and the markets you employed this branding in. give us the strategies and the tactics and methods for these amazing brands and marketing campaigns you've created, conducted and employed. tell us the tag lines. tell us the advertising campaigns. tell us about your amazing marketing career starting with the date of your first branding campaign, the software you used, the design methods.

i am not a competitor. i am not someone who has a grudge to bear. i attended your seminar over several days. i wanted to be certain i was getting the full and complete picture of what you and RAYMOND AARON are doing. i saw every angle. in fact both you JT FOXX and RAYMOND AARON spent plenty of time speaking directly with me and others over several encounters.

you are both dishonest immature boys. you both are nothing that you've told everyone you are. you cannot prove one single claim. you are vague and fast talking. you provide nothing but platitudes and attitude.

people do not spend a dime or a second with either of these guys.

JT FOXX and RAYMOND AARON should be ashamed of themselves.

Raymond Aaron used to be just this guy who haucked a book or two and gave worthless but painless seminars on real estate. Used to be. Now he's hooked up with this J.T. Foxx character, speaks faster and louder and basically makes up stories to sell. Raymond used to be basically an honest dude. Maybe not the nicest but mostly up front. He's not a realtor, he's not a specialist, he was just a guy who dyed his hair and sold worthless and harmless stuff. Not anymore. Now it's high pressure and lots of yelling and no substance at all. Now you have to count your fingers after you shake hands with him because a finger will probably be ripped off. He works beside this made up dude who calls himself J.T. Foxx and they tell big stories, rush people into spending $60, 000 bucks for non existent coaching. They appear in towns all over yelling about how rich they are but how they're now just giving back to the less fortunate by training people in their super ways to make more cash. They tell everyone how they usually charge $5000 an hour to coach but if you sign up for their nonsense classes you only pay $298 bucks. Raymond Aaron is now a carnival barker with a slick suit. Its sad to see. Even sadder to see these hopeless people give their last dimes to him and this weirdo J.T. Foxx.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY & STOP MAKING EXCUSES!

How many of us start making excuses when we find ourselves either under performing, not wanting to train, work, study or do anything? It’s a natural course to take as we think it provides allowance for our attitude or performance. Also, we feel it gives meaning and a reason for our situation and gives us an “out”. This however is a false notion that only leads us on a continuum of skill digression and apathy.

The correct path is that of personal accountability and responsibility. We have to “own” our actions and choices and stop making excuses. This is not easy to do and yet if we want to achieve things we’ve never had before we must do things we’ve never done. That means taking a good hard look inside at who we are and what we want. We have to “own it” then learn from it then change.

As we take responsibility and be honest about who we are, where we are and who & where we want to be we can then begin the journey to achieve it. .

NO EXCUSES! RESPONSIBILITY! ACCOUNTABILITY!

He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else (Benjamin Franklin)

Most of us are guilty of having done something we shouldn't have or of not doing something we should have. When we are questioned about our misconduct, do we accept responsibility and admit we are at fault? Usually not. Instead we make excuses. Making excuses for mistakes is not new. In fact, we can trace this undesirable habit all the way back to the Garden of Eden. For when God asked Adam if he had eaten of the tree he was commanded not to, Adam created the world's first excuse, "The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat." (Genesis 3:12) And when God asked Eve what she had done, she gave the world's second excuse, "The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat." (Genesis 3:13)

Excuses negate responsibility, and it is responsibility that separates man from the rest of the animal kingdom. Unlike other animals, we are responsible not for what we have, but for what we could have; not for what we are, but for what we could become. If we are to take credit for our successes, we must assume responsibility for our failures. Trying to hide our failures with excuses is like concealing a small hole in our garment with a large patch; it only makes the matter worse. This analogy is taken from Shakespeare who wrote:

"And oftentimes, excusing of a fault,
Doth make a fault the worse by the excuse;
As patches set upon a little breach,
Discredit more in hiding of the fault,
Than did the fault before it was so patch'd."

Excuses are harmful because they prevent one from succeeding. When we make excuses and repeat them often enough, they become a belief. The belief then becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. For example, a sales rep discouraged by his poor sales starts to blame the price of his product. "No one wants to buy it because it's too expensive." he says. After repeatedly making this excuse, he begins to believe it is true. The result? Dismal sales. Compare this with a responsible sales rep. After hearing many prospects complain about the high price, he accepts responsibility. "It is my fault they are complaining, " the rep says, "for I haven't justified the cost of my product by adequately pointing out its value." Once we accept responsibility, we can evaluate our actions and take corrective measures to find solutions to our problems. Excuses, on the other hand, are like stop signs; they halt our progress.

By refusing to make excuses and embracing responsibility, we reap many rewards. The successes brought by this attitude act as a foundation for self-respect, pride, and confidence. Responsibility breeds competence and power. By living up to our promises and obligations, we win the trust of others. Once we are seen as trustworthy, people will willingly work with us, for our mutual gain. So, you see, making excuses can put the brakes on our progress, while accepting responsibility can lead us to the top.

How to stop making excuses and start building a life

1. Realize that your success or failure depends on you. It depends on the choices you make. It depends on your attitude. Resolve to start accepting responsibility today. Don't find an excuse, find a way. Don't make excuses, make good. Remember what Winston Churchill said, "Responsibility is the price of greatness."

2. Beware of rationalization. We make excuses to hide behavior we are ashamed of. Rationalization is the process of trying to hide shameful conduct from ourselves. This is dangerous because we become unaware of what we are doing. However, you can fight rationalization by looking for cues. For instance, if someone challenges your conduct and you become angry, it probably suggests you are guilty as charged. Why would you get angry, if you're innocent?

3. From time to time, stop and examine your progress. Compare where you are now with where you would like to be. Ask yourself why is there a gap between these two points. Don't make excuses. Make plans and take corrective action.

4. When you make a mistake, accept responsibility; learn from it; and don't repeat it. Use your time for discovering solutions instead of inventing excuses.

5. Plant your garden of success today:

First, plant 3 rows of peas;

Patience
Positive thinking
Persistence

Next, plant 3 rows of squash;

Squash excuses
Squash blame
Squash criticism

Then, plant 3 rows of lettuce;

Let us be responsible
Let us be trustworthy
Let us be ambitious

Finish, with 3 rows of turnip;

Turn up when needed
Turn up with a smile
Turn up with confidence

This is J.T. Foxx. A recent post an online report alleging that my coaching program has no follow through or value. This report is silly and unfounded and posted by our competitor. The hundreds of successful business people and real estate estate investor who have been coached by me or my staff and have grown their companies to new heights of extraordinary achievements testify to the value and the sustainability of our coaching. I won’t even try to “defend” the statements placed in this post because our record speaks for itself and our on-going growth bespeaks of our long list of satisfied clients. But our clients, partners, family members and friends desperately want me to set the record straight. So in the interest of exposing the real truth please find the detailed answer below.

Firstly this report also posted my personal information including my private home address and phone number. We have reason to believe that this post was authored by a competitor in the industry, not a student, evidenced not only by the sheer inaccuracy of the post, but also in that the author included an email address which has never been communicated to my coaching students. Furthermore, this address has been inactive for the past 3 years yet this post claims that they signed up for my program 2 months ago. In fact this email was only given to fellow speakers as way to communicate and build relationships. Regardless of its source, this gives me an opportunity to take a moment to reach out to you.

Instead of focusing on this libelous and defamatory post, I would prefer to focus on my coaching students. Students like Carmen, who I have been personally coaching for two years and we have been able to triple her hardwood floor business and build up a very profitable, complimentary mini real estate business to go along with it.

Another student of mine, Chuck, came to me as a “yellow flyer We Buy Houses” investor struggling with results. Three years after, starting the coaching program, he is now one of the top investors in the ChicagoLand area. I am so proud of him!

Gary, whose body shop business was stagnating, with my help, and that of my other coaches, was able to increase his business from $15K a month to $47K this month. He was scared of change and had no processes or systems to make the necessary. That soon changed as my coaches worked with him to set him up with a business and marketing blue print.

Doug and Peter, who had both bought every coaching program out there it seems, were still stuck in their lack luster business. I personally went out to visit them, and together, we developed their strategic thinking processes. They have since exploded into top entrepreneurs in the United States. In fact, they spoke at my last big event alongside the likes of Gene Simmons, Kevin Harrington, Bruce Buffer, Wayne Palmer and my coaches. Not bad for two guys who, at the beginning of my coaching program, were struggling to get on top.

In New Zealand, Catherine, an inspiring student to coach, has implemented every strategic business idea I have brought her. Because of our coaching, she is now one of the top female entrepreneurs in New Zealand, was featured in a newspaper article, flew all the way to New York City to meet Trump’s right hand man George Ross, and got a powerful YouTube video because of it.

Rachel is an Australian student of mine. She is in the Children’s Education business, but hand no brand to speak of. With my help, and a few other coaches, we gave her a branding makeover and helped design a powerful converting website and internet marketing campaign. The results have been so impressive that she actually renewed her coaching agreement with us for the third time!

In a business where the average coaching program renewal rate is less than one percent, we pride ourselves on having the best and highest renewal rate in the business. Why? We hire the best coaches and rely on the long term relationship with our coaching clients and their successes. Our Company motto – “We are powered by our students’ success”.

I personally have five coaches, and without them I wouldn’t be where I am today or writing you this letter. We value individual coaching, learning about the needs, wants, and desires of our students. The vast majority of our students succeed because they are not treated as customers, but rather as family. We go that extra mile and have seen many of our students go on to amazing success. They stay on board with us because they implement the fundamentals we teach.

We are not perfect. We can't please them all. Some come with unrealistic expectations, some have hidden agendas and personal vendettas. Our focus is on helping each client to achieve their goals and having them live out the life they choose to have.

Thank for all you who have emailed us outraged at this post and the callous nature of it. As much my coaches say “the higher you climb up the tree the more you are exposed”.

As long as my students are happy and successful, that’s all that is important to me and my team. To everyone else reading this. don’t believe everything read. To all my coachings students all over the world never stop acheiving your goals and dream.
