On September 29, 2011 I purchased an ipod from Julian J Hollins. The ipod was advertised as a 4th generation, 64GB ipod with a docking station for $200. I contacted Julian using the telephone number he provided and expressed an interest in purchasing the ipod. All conversation was via text and is attached to this complaint. Once I met him and again inquired about the version of the ipod to confirm it was what I wanted I purchase the ipod. While I was confirming the version I asked questions about certain features I knew were only on the 4th generation that he advertised and he said they are there and that he was sure it was the 4th generation but he only used the music function. After getting home I realized he did not reset the device so I was unable to upload my music or reset it myself. I also went online to confirm the version since even with the light I could not find the cameras. I found out it was in fact the 3rd generation and he misrepresented the product. I contacted him to express my concerns and he said for the first time that all sales were final. He never said that during our original agreement. In fact, he said after the transaction to call or text him if I ran into any problems. I called him to talk further about my dissatisfaction and he remained incorporative and refused to give me my money back even though he conducted a fraudulent exchange.

You must be confused...This person is not associated with JLB Pest Elimination. Besides, JLB Pest Elimination is a pest control company, not a retail sales business. I have done business with JLB and can tell you that the technician was nothing but honest when other companies were not honest. Please remove JLB Pest Elimination from this posting.
