I ordered the complete set of Bonanza dvd's on December 4th. Over a week went by with no confirmation emails or contact. I called the company with only a chance to talk to an answering machine several times and they never called me back! I then contacted my credit card company and they stated they couldn't cancel the payment but that they themselves would give me the number to reach someone at the company. Because of the delay I looked on the internet about this company and found many complaints about this company about the shipping to wrong addresses and the poor quality of the dvd's. I called it and FINALLY got a live person. I inquired about my order and stated that i didn't receive any emails and the customer service rep. stated " I guess you're the only one who didn't get an email" and was very sarcastic. I told him that I hadn't and asked if it was shipped yet and he stated " if it was ordered then yes we shipped it" very sarcastic again. He then began to use foul language and told me that " I was just mad because I probably live in a trailor park and ordered the gift too late ". I told him that Dec. 4th wasn't too late and then told him since he kept using the "f" word and was so rude and that I read about the poor quality of the dvd's that i wanted to cancel the order. He told me that if I didn't accept the package when they shipped it that he would sue me and then report me to all other internet ordering sites to not accept my payment. I've NEVER spoken to someone so vulgar and rude who was supposed to represent a company . Don't order from this site they are just waiting for people to not compain so they can keep their money!
