Just Brakes

Just Brakes poor quality brakes ,last 6 months, & fix things they don't need to Casselberry, Florida

DO NOT take your car to Just Brakes just because of the $99.99 special. I went to the Casselberry, FL location on Oct 1, 2010 (I have a 06 nissan altima) they changed the brakes and rotors and upselled me the calipers saying they were sticking & if I didn't change them my brake pads would go out quickly and I could really damage my car. I didn't want it done but my fiance said just do it since we had waited so long (3 hours just for an inspection) and were ready to go so we got only the front ones fixed since we couldn't afford the back ($99.99 turned to $250). After only 2 months (Dec 2010) the brakes started squeaking again. It got so bad that we finally decided we needed to take it in so today 6/24/11 we had to take the car in but to another place that was much more reputable & I had dealt with before (because I had a gut feeling Just Brake ripped me off brakes don't go that quickly). Sure enough front brake pads needed to be replaced AGAIN (the backs will eventually need to be replaced within the year) and my calipers were fine & didn't even need to be changed at all so Just Brakes changed & charged me for something that didn't need to be fixed to begin with. Don't EVER go here the mechanic today said they usually do that to get more money and the brake pads were very poor quality and usually don't last a year. You may think you are getting a good deal but they give you poor quality parts and you end up paying more money in the long run to fix something they should have fixed right the first time. I learned the hard way with my brake pads only lasting 7 months if that. I would get my money back if I knew how.
