This company has the worst business practice when it comes to ordering by credit card. They charge your card and then want you to verify information before they will complete your order. In the meantime before you validate anything they charge your card and you will see it in your card activity. They claim that this is protecting you from fraud but what I don't understand is why do they run your card then? Shouldn't they validate before charging? I'm very confused. I will never order from this mom and pop shop again.

I had same issue, then after two attempts, they suggested I use paypal but would NOT honor the coupon code I had found online UNLESS I use a regular credit card and email or fax or text them a photo of the card - assuring me that if I blank out the middle numbers, there would be no risk. I can't believe the hassle they have given me - all in the name of fraud protection. I would gladly use paypal if that would satisfy them BUT want my discount...not happening.
