Do not order from this company. JustFlowers.com. I found them through the internet, when I typed in Alamogordo N.M Flower shops. I tried to send my mother flowers for mothers day. I paid the extra money for shipping the same day. My order was a little over $100.00 and it was guaranteed to be delivered for mothers day. My mother waited the next day, which she should have received her flowers on Saturday by 1:00 PM. Finally, on mothers day I told my mother about the order she told me she had not received any flowers. I am miles and miles away from my mother and this is the time I order her flowers. Needless to say she never did get the flowers. I called the JustFlower.com to find out the status of the flowers. The first lady I spoke with was nice and she seemed as like she was going to find out what was going on with the flowers. She told me that the flower shop was not open yet and she would continue to call until she was able to get status. She asked for my e-mail address and I gave it to her. I waiting for the e-mail but never received one, I called again later that night wondering what had happened to the flowers. The wait time was very long and then all of sudden nobody was on the phone and I ended up getting a dial tone. I think they hung up on me. I tried a couple of time and the same thing happened said there was a high volume a calls and the wait was longer than expected, again the phone hung up. Finally the next day I got a hold of them and the same thing happened they wanted my e-mail address or phone number. I told them I was not giving them any information until they found out what was going on with the flowers. So they put me on hold and then came back on the phone and said the florist said that they mother would get her flower today. And again they said they would send me an e-mail confirmation with the time flowers were delivered. Guess what no flowers again. So I tried to call again and I got a busy signal, that phone number was like that for the remaining of the night, but I remember there was another phone number so I started calling that one. I guess they thought they would not get bother by me anymore, I also used another phone line, I was able to get a hold of someone again and I told them to just cancel my order and I wanted my money back. Well, guess what it will take 4 to 10 business day. They were so quick to take the money but I know I will never see the money again. I did tell them I will call them 12 to 20 times a day if I had to, and if I dont see the money I am going to sue them. This all happened in a four day period. This company is not real they are fake and they lie. Do not order from them. Lets take these people to court, because military people like me depend on company to send roses to our family member. This is the most fastest way we can do it, especially on mothers day.
