ordered this product on a $1.99 trial basis the product did not arrive in the mail for approx one after ordering and they had already direct debited the amount of $89.00 from my credit card. have tried to make contact the company b through the address on their website with no responce. i took this form of contact because they had no email address on theis site, the phone numbers given were uncontactable. am furious that they have continued to send me this product and deduct the money from my account. the following address that has been sending the product to me is : Fullfillment center( juveneu-1) 3557-A Chamblee Tucker Rd#209 Atlanta GA30341. if you require any further contact with me on this matter my following email address is: [email protected]

the only way to stop them was to report my credit card as stolen so it would be canceled, therefore juveneu will no longer beable to direct debit any future payments from my card. done and dusted with this shonky company and will be alot more careful in the furture. so cancel your card people and get issued with a new one that has a different number and pin.

CHARGING MY CARD AND I CANT GET IT STOPPED. HAS ANYONE FOUND AN EMAIL ADDRESS OR A PHONE NUMBER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS? PLEASE POST IT ON HERE IF YOU HAVE. I NEED TO PROVE TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT I HAVE REQUESTED THIS BE STOPPED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO GET MY MONEY BACK. A 14 DAY TRIAL AND NEVER RECD A THING EXCEPT A BILL A FEW DAYS LATER
