Puts everythin in the nae of Jesus. Itialian Brothers agressive and friendly full of promises. Requests estimate from insurancee company, copies the estimate onto letterhead and begins pressure for check to cover parts with explanation hat they are a small business. Promises to do a great job and give cash back of the difference required to repair the vehicle. Promised to pick up and deliver vehicle. Picked up 2011 Ford Escape Spent a week driving back and forth to Dallas to pick up check. Lied and said the bank was holding check for threee days but the check was cashed at a check cashing service and cleared the bank by the next day. his was after calling thee insurance company and credit union asking for the estimate and payment. Promised the parts were new and said they were waiting for parts. Skipping over some of the details to get to delivery. I requested a repair receipt and was told it was given to the tax person. Instead of delivering the vehicle, I was asked to meet at a check cashing place in Southlake. Arrive to find: The fender was not secruely attached on the drivers side, the bumper was not attache on the frot and the rt fender had a dent. After an easy tug and the fender came off, I checked for a part that was to be replaced. The insurance copany reroved it and put it inside the vehicle. There was a big hole in it and it wass easy to identify. The repais shop swore to God it was not the same part and that the part was purchased and blamed it on the body man. The seat belt and buckle were to be replaced as well as the airbag sensors, the hood, the radiatoe and fan, and the A frame. He lied and said that the seatbelt will retract once the syste is reset and that he cocntacted ford. There was a supplement check to cover unseen damage that they came to receive i n echange for my vehicle. This is what I did. I contacted the credit union and had them to put my name on the check so it could no be cashed without my signature. In addition, they put me off a day supposedly waiting for accounting to do an invoice which turneed out to be another copy of the insurance estimate provided by the insurance company with their name on top. I told them to make sure they note all repairs are complete befire issuing the invoice. They faxed an invoice using Office Max and wrote on the top that all repairs arer finish ( grammar was bad). Upon arrival, I had my spare key in my pocket and asked the the key so I could check out my vehicle. He handed over the key with hesitance and told me he could not release thee vehicle to me without the check. I contacted the Police to ake sure it was not illegal to take my vehicle under the circumstances, without paying. When I called the police, before arrival he asked if he could cash the check and keep 500.00 and give me the rest. I refused and contacted the credit union to report that the check was not given to him and I would have the repairs done elsewhere. When the police arrived, he told the police the vehicle did not belong to me so the police took y license and ran my tag. Upon confirmation that the vehicle is registered to me, I was told that I can take my vehicle because it was at a public place and my name is on it. I recorded the entire thing on video and audio. Took my vehicle and got a voice mail from Pauld that it was good my mother died because I am a bad person. In numerous text conversations I told them I am not in a hurry and I am not concerned about getting money back, I just wanted my car back repaired properly. Secured the fender that was falling off and removed the bumper that was stuck on. Devastated that the paint job showed run lines (one of the things promised to redo but wanted the rest of the money first). The next day took it to Ford dealership to find the Hood was a used hood with Hail Damage, The Fan and radiator were used and the seat belt cannot be fixed, it ust be replaced as well as the airbag sensors. The frame what not straight and the distance between the tire and the frame has less than the acceptable amount of room. The only part that might have been brand new, and that is "might" was the piece of bumper that we took off and put into the car. These guys clai to be Christians and honest people. In reality, the father built a business with a great reputation in the automotive repair industry. He passed away and they have been lying, stealing, ripping people off in the name of Jesus ever since. They claimed they waived my deductible but the credit union deducted it fro their first check. I have videos and pictures fro before and after repair. I have videos of the tow guys picking it up, recorded conversations full of lies, text messages full of lies, voice mails full of lies, and a record of calling the police to mediate and confirm it was not illegal to take my vehicle and the check. After recording at Ford and getting an estimate to repair the safety portion only will be covered. As far as the fraudulent activity, I am prepared to submit my evidence and claim to the Texas Attorney General once my attorney finishes with the evidence. Once I get the videos back, I will update this informaiton and tell you how to look it up on Youtube, BBB, the AG and when all is said and done, likely Tarrant County Public records. With claims to make it right, the only things that will stop my attorney from pursuing this case is paying the money back as a token of honest and sincerety. My last words were that I am returning the echeck to the credit union and letting honest repair people to fix my car and see you in court. I attached claims from this ripoff perport to the message and have not heard anything since. I am not the one suffering behind this. The money came from the insurance company and paid out to them by the credit union, based on fraudulent documents. The fact that they copied the inforation was evident, the credit union has Paul on caerea agressively asking for the money and the owner of the store with the check cashing business inside made claims regarding the sae guys coing in to cash checks (no bank account???) and drinking products fro his store without paying while calling him family. The lady at the check cashing booth admitted to cashing the chck that they claim the bank put a three day hold on. My car was in their posession for bout three weeks, why do they still have a dealer tag on their grey Dodge truck??? More to come. Like I told him on the video, God does not like ugly!! Used Hail Damaged hood and no replacement latch or sensors. Safety!!!! Looking forward to seeing how God works this one out. It was not me who put them in this position, it was them with the lies and cheating... I forgave them and I know that vengeance is the Lords!
