Katour Wig line collection is a scam. If you value your money, do not order from this company. I ordered a wig from them 6 weeks ago. They charged my credit card right away. I've tried calling and emailing, to no avail. I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. This company needs to be stopped stealing from people.

Take heed. Don't buy a wig from this company KATOUR WIG COLLECTION. I placed an order on 4/9/11. The company charged me twice and I have received nothing and the charges have never been reversed. You can't get anyone to pick up the phone and the emails go unanswered. I would advise anyone who had been ripped off by this company to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC.

I also ordered a wig from Katour Line on 4/1/11. I have ordered from them before and I know it takes some time for them to complete the order because the wigs are custom cut, etc. It's been 6-7 weeks now so I emailed them. I received an email back saying that they are under new management and that customer service is closed until new management takes over on June 1, 2011. They suggested that I contact my CC company and get a refund and that is exactly what I did. But, I am actually disappointed because I as looking forward to having my wig for a special occasion. I decided to get my money back in case they simply go out of business. We'll see what happens.
