I am one of many investors that have invested in the real estate development scam perpetuated by Keith Sanders , a florida attorney, to build homes in the Tampa area. His business partner in Georgia is Northbrooke homes who he is connected to and has also done business in Decatur, Georgia. He is a former attorney who is skilled in deceptive business practices and has left a trail of former friends and business associates burned by his fraudulent actions. My experience with this law firm was horiible. I was apllying for loan modification on my property and they did nothing to help me. I was doing everything myself:dealing with the Bank and others diligencies. They never answer the phone or return emails, Right now I am trying to get my money back and the department/person that handles refunds doesn't answer the phone, I am starting to think that this law firm doesn' exist. They are just trying to get your money and then forget about you. I would never recommned this law firm to anybody
