Ken Lavenue and Rebecca Doyle, these two American Frauds bought their house back at the foreclosure sale. They quit paying their Mortgage Company so they would foreclose on their house on 560 N. Benson Lane, Chandler, Az. The Mortgage Company tried to work with Ken and Rebecca, newly weds, but both Ken and Rebecca decided to commit fraud against their lender and make them lose HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. They bought their own home at the FORECLOSURE SALE in cash. Because of the devaluation of the property, it sold for less than what the original mortgage amount was, thus causing the Lender to lose several Hundred Thousand Dollars.
These two FRAUDS should be arrested for committing this kind of crime. This is a very sophisticated and specialized crime, that only the FBI can figure out. People across america are losing their homes, and put in horrible situations because of people like Ken and Rebecca Lavenue. They never left their home, even though it was foreclosed on. They had a family member buy it back for them, with their own cash. Again, this Fraud should be investigated, and Ken and Rebecca Doyle should be in prison. They bought a property in Las Vegas, and had the cash to buy their home back cash, why couldn't they just make the regular monthly payments on their home? Reason--THEY ARE CRIMINALS!
