Ken Wise Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ken Wise diagnosed my jeep liberty with loose tie rod ends. later found that there was no problem with them. Marshalltow

I took my Jeep in to Ken wise chrrysler jeep dodge in Marshalltown, Iowa to have a shifter replaced that had been broken . while repairing this they changed the oil and did a complimentary vehicle check. Their diagnosis was that my jeep needed a set of brakes, and that the tie rod ends were loose. I decided to have a second opinion and asked a friend to help find a trustworthy mechanic. The second opinion was that the brakes did need to be done, but the tie rod ends had No issues at all. Also while they were repairing my 4 wd shifter they left a bundle of wires hanging out the console in to the back seat and my electric rear windows do not roll down. I am not going to have them work on my vehicle for obvious reasons.
