Kelly, Kevin fired me after working for him for 4 months, I began in December and you were the first client I worked with. He fired me on April 30 after I insisted I be paid for the commissions he owed me. It is very important for you to know I never wrote the emails you refer to. Kevin would never give me the phone, email or contact details for the client he was selling to, he would dial the number on a conference call basis. I have no email address to my knowledge with him, but I do know he has written emails to other clients using my name. I am very sorry for what happend to you. Kevin told me that the leasing company had refused to refund you the money and that he had not received one dime from you. I am now a victum of his practices as well and am filing a restrainting order against him for harrassing me on my cell phone, actually the texts etc., are lewd and I am afraid of him. I also plan to follow up with complaints to the labor board and others to collect my commissions. Again I am very sorry, I had only the information Kevin provided me and not surprisingly it is nothing as what you wrote.

I was disgruntled when I posted this. Kevin and I have reached an equitable resolution and everything is fine.
