Denny is a liar, he'd lie to you, don't ever do any business with him here is why:

We at Allied Global paid him $25000 in May 2011 against an order of 200MT of scrap iron that he claimed he had in New Orleans, which later turns out to be someone els's scrap sitting in Denny's yard, he made us go from St. Louis to New Orleans twice on the pretext that our order is ready to loaded on trucks, it never happened, then we went to see him personally to request him to take it seriously, we had customer's over seas waiting of rth edelivery, he assured that he'll take care of the order in a few days, that never happend, he always had an excuses, like it was flooded for many months then it was raining. Then he said he'd ship our order from Detroit, so went to detroit and he showed me a lot that was owned by Robert Somma and he claimed that it is his scrap and he'll be loading this in three days, that wa sin the first week of September, still waiting.
Then I asked him to return our money since he is not able to provide the promised scrap, he promised to return that by Oct 10th, that never happened, he is very difficult to get a hold of, his answering machine is always full. Now when I called him day before yesterday he told me that he can't give me any date as to when he'll be returning my money back. I had borrowed that money from a family friend to start my own business with a promise that I'll return it in 60days based on Denny's promise that he'll provide scrap in a few days. It has been six months and we did not receive either the scrap or the advance money, we have lost potential orders because of not delivering to our customers and we had spend more than $5000 on traveling back and forth between St. Louis, New Orleans and Detroit.
We are in recommending not to believe anything Denny tells you.
