I used Vendor Genie to provide equipment financing leads, I was told I can try the service for a week or two risk free to see how good their leads were and if I wasn't satisfied I would be refunded the money I paid. The leads were supposed to be confirmed but they were not, I received leads with invalid numbers or leads not requesting equipment financing. So after a week of not receiving appropriate leads I decided I wanted a refund. You would think this would have been a simple task. Negative! Getting my money back has been a tedious chore, after not having any success with my sales rep. I contacted his boss and pleaded my case by providing numerous emails showing email communications between my sales rep. and myself stating every step of my experience with Vendor Genie, but he only insisted on stating that the leads were valid which really didn't make a difference because I was on a trial basis. They did an audit of the 16 leads that was sent to me and was only able to confirm 3 of them...so you can see the quality of the leads. How are you able to confirm only 3 if they were supposed to be verified in the first place. Even after this I am fighting to get a full refund of my payment. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Thank you for the information, we thought they were shady when we tired to reach them and never got back replies. That is not a good start to any relationship! I would not recommend them either, it sounded too good to be true! Stay away from VendorGenie!

This Customer was refunded in full as a Courtesy. We verified several of the Leads provided as being valid but still provided a Full Refund promptly as promised.
