We purchased used vehicle with KOONS FALLS CHURCH FORD in 2008 and got 36 month extended warranty for $1775 with it. They also give us financing on that amount at 21.25% a year for 6 years so it would make approximately $2921.464 after car is paid off. They RIPPED US OFF for $2921.464 by CANCELLING OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY and TAKING OUR MONEY. We had problems with transfer case and noises in transmission in car and when we came to check if it covered by our warranty they said we didn't have any and they had show it us on the screen where financed amount was less than we paid and without extended warranty. Warranty had not expire then. They said we didn't get approved with the bank for the 21.25%!!!!!!WHAT THE F***??? and they took money to compensate the difference!!!! WHAT???? We sign contract and they changed it? IS THAT LEGAL? They refused to give us money back or any paperwork that inflict them in it. We contacted lawyer but he said that amount is not high and even if we hire him we will have to pay him back more than we get back. ???? NOBODY WOULD TAKE THE CASE. They suggested go through court without lawyer and do it on our own. We never got through with it finally car started fall apart and needed a lot money to be fixed so we trade it in but never got our money back!!! We have all paperwork on hands just not sure how to bring justice. If they did it to us then that their practice and no one is save. It's winning situation for them since no lawyer will take the case and it looks like we wouldn't win this situation on our own. BE AWARE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY and when your car will break down you will go down with it will pay from your own pocket. Wasn't enough paying 21.25% financing on the car with $4000 down payment, when we find out that our friends pay only 5% and no one pays over 11% we felt stupid that we didn't know the rates and sign contract. They took everything they could put their hands on. I advice people do not go there, at all! They will rip you off and then cancel all additional services that you would purchase and lie in your face and tell you that you got best deal and no one else will work with you. DO NOT GO TO KOONS FORD FALLS CHURCH those COWARD will RIP YOU OFF and give you the worst deal. (just example we trade it in with Honda and got financed for 1% they were nice and didn't have scary tactics on saying that nobody will deal with us that score isn't high enough or down payment is not enough, we got 1% without down payment!!!!, when KOONS gave us 21.25% with $4000 down and then took money from extended warranty to compensate our loan???? DO NOT EVEN GO THERE FOR AN ESTIMATE even if they give you deal they will get you on something else. RUN AWAY FROM KOONS FORD DILER. They know what they doing and know how to get away with it. YOU WILL BE VICTIM LIKE US.
