KRAMER & KASLOW Jason Messer loan modification lawsuit with Bank of America Calabasa, California

I had contacted Kramer-Kaslow for their services, they recommended a law suit against BoA, whom had sold my home, and instead they charged me $4,500 upfront (which is ILLEGAL - Senate Bill 94).
I can deal with losing $4500 upfront, however now I am losing my home. I was told to keep making my monthly payments to stay in the lawsuit of $2,000 a month, I complied for a while. However, 4 months went by and they didn't disclose anything about the case, or what they were doing. I saw no progress, not in paperwork at least. Eventually, I had trouble keeping up with the payments and informed them about it. It became a very unfriendly, unresponsive environment from then on. They were prompt at cashing their checks but null at disclosing input. And just recently I had assessors come to my home because my home had been foreclosed and was going to be sold. I informed Jason, who was supposed to be working on my case (and who told me to continue to make my payments even after my mod had been denied), Jason was supposed to call me back, but five weeks, I've heard nothing. I called every day, ten times a day, and I was told by a "service" that he and the supervisors are in meetings.
Either way, my home is now in the hands of the investors. I had to go to an independent office to find out that piece of info. They are scammers. I have all the paperwork and statements of the amount that I payed them as proof.

this is very interesting. having said that (we) have filed a lawsuit against bank of america thru Kramer&Kaslow paid them now since the State closed their offices have been forclosed upon and are waiting to see if we loose our home or not. we have had to hire another attorney to try to fix this mess and the only paperwork to us from Bank Of America is our new loan mod which they have never spoke to us, they doubled our payment to 4000. plus and the new loan according to the new att. is crap too.
