Well, where do I start. My wife and I hired Ken Kruze (owner of Kruze's Rubbish Removel) about two months ago. One of our friends used him for lite work (hanging pictures) and told us about him. Due to my age and back, there was work that needed to be done around the house that was wife was being a pain in the butt about. We called him, he came over and it was all set. We had him clean the downstairs as well as paint. The entire downstairs was a mess, our door to the 2nd bathroom was put up wrong, paint on all of our stairs, it was a nightmare. I was told to give him 75 percent of the bill upfront for supplies. He only took cash. Took him a week and a half to do 2 days worth of work. He showed up whenever he wanted to. What's an old guy supposed to do. It is heartbreaking that Ken Kruze is allowed to own a business. On a good note, I had my friends grandson come in and do over the mess Ken made..
