First it was an air-conditioning unit that was not properly sealed in manufacturing.

Second it was the bedroom slide-out that had not been properly sealed in manufacturing. This resulted in us having to take it from Florida to Indiana at our expense to have the slide out totally replaced! We had over 4" of mold growing under the bed!

Third time it was the entire roof that had to be replaced because of a defect in the manufacturing. This was because the opening for a fan vent had been made over 2" too large - the rear of this vent was not secured to the roof and caused leakage under the roofing material over the 4 years. The entire roof was removed and that was when the defect was found - could not be see otherwise.

Our costs for a new roof were almost $6000 and KZ said it was out of warranty and not their problem! They had been working on water leakage problems since the unit was 6 months old! UNDER WARRANTY

We had to go to General District Court and sue them to get the money back.

Judgment against the company was entered on 1/25/2011.
