I have tried many times to reach out to this vendor ( LaBelle Dive Lace Wigs). I have even given them extra time to deliver my product to me. So after 30 days of waiting for my product to arrive the website clearly states that you get your product in 3 days! (3- full lace wigs) I finally just asked could they refund me my money. They said that they would deliver my money no later than 6 pm Friday May 27th only for me to check my account on May 31st to find that they have not deposited anything.
I have saved every promised email that this company has ever sent to me and I will be happy to forward this on to anyone this is ridiculous that a person could think that they could get away with something like this, money is too hard to come by. This person Linda Chiyoge sounds like a great business woman over the phone but she is anything but a professional, she is a true deception .
All that I am requesting is a total refund from this vendor and I would like for anyone that might think about ordering from this supplier PLEASE DONT DO IT! I am a single mom and I need my money to be refunded ASAP!

"LINDA CHIYOGE owner and operater of Labelle Diva Lace Wigs has resolved this issue personally, there was a total miscommunication on an employee's behalf and Linda has fixed the problem by terminating that employee. I know that I have spoken to Linda on many occasions and she was so helpful to me in every way possible. I could not believe that this was the same person that would not respond to my emails... not respond to my calls?

Well in fact it was not her. An employee diguised to be Linda. Well when this was brought to Linda Chiyoge's attention she was oblivious as to what this person had done. Linda did in fact deposit my money back into my account on June 9, 2011 as promised after we cleared this crazy misunderstanding. She also has promised to send me a wig out at no cost to me simple just for the total misunderstanding and the hopes of remaining a loyal customer. I am excited about receiving that wig! The products that are on this website are wonderful wigs. I have infact ordered 3-4 and my clients are very satisfied so the products on this site are indeed worth the money you spend. I experienced little to no shedding at all and I have one that I have washed several times and it still looks great.
Linda Chiyoge has made this right and I do intend to order from this site in the future. I think its a pretty sad thing that the people we hire to work for us, we expect to be able to trust them when infact you don't know who to trust anymore. THANK YOU LINDA AND I WILL CONTINUE TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER"

This must have been a huge mistake. I am glad the lady who complaint about Linda and her business realized that this whole thing was a mistake. La belle diva lace wigs is an excellent business. I am a loyal customer, I love their products and customer service.

I agree with Beatrice! I always order from La Belle Diva Lace Wigs and have NEVER had an issue. I have been their customer for a year ! In fact, i just placed my 5th order with them last week. My Indian Virgin full lace wig arrived on time! It is gorgeous, so fabulous! I love it! I will never order my full lace wigs anywhere else! ONLY at www.LaBelleDivaLaceWigs.com

Are you people real? Because if the original post was a mistake, then why hasn't she come back to update this matter? Oh, and why does this website have STOLEN PICTURES ALL OVER IT?!! Whatever! La Belle Diva Lace Wigs obviously isn't selling the wigs in her pictures BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T HAVE THEM TO SELL!!! What a fraud!

I ordered hair products from Linda at this company in July, 2011 for $450, paid in full through PayPal (and have a receipt and acknowledgment from Linda) but never received the ordered items. When we inquired in August, it was first, "give us a week to get it to you" and then blatant avoidance. I have several emails of the various excuses they have given. WE asked for the $450 back to no avail. The address for La Belle Diva Fashions/Lace Wigs at 887 S Road, Alexandria, Virginia, does not seem to exist. All our registered letters to that address sent to Linda were returned to sender. A phone call to the company from our local postmaster generated a new PO Box provided by another character who claims her name is Jessica. When we sent a registered letter to the new address, it too was also returned as undeliverable. Whenever we call the number they either hang up or pretend to put us on hold and you stay on until you give up. You will notice that there is no mailing address on the website. How we wish we had noticed this for it is a bad sign. Despite emails and assurances over the phone that they would send the money nothing has happened. It is now almost mid October 2011 and to date, they have not sent the products nor refunded the money. All attempts to get the $450 have so far failed so we are going to utilize all avenues available to us including utilizing the office of Consumer Affairs in the Attorney General's office as well as the Chamber of Commerce. We will not give up until this company is exposed so they stop making a habit of scamming people. We do not believe we are the first to have money fraudulently taken from us by Linda and her company, and we will not rest until the company is exposed and our $450 refunded.

My wife has had the same problem... on Oct 10, 2011 she paid $514 for a lace front wig (from Linda Chiyoge at La Bella Diva Lace Wigs) that arrived in very poor condition. She contacted them and they said... No problem that they had a bad batch of wigs and they would replace it on Feb 7, 2012 when the new batch of wigs would come in. Now it is Feb 27, 2012 and they never sent her the new wig. Every time she calls and tells them who it is they hang up on her. We contacted American Express to dispute the charge. We are contacting the BBB to file a complaint and if that doesn't get them to cooperate we will see them in small claims court. We can't recommend this outfit at all... Caveat Emptor...
