| For the Love of God and everything Holy, please do not go to this scam ARTIST!!! This is the biggest s*it whole I have ever been to!!! We recently bought a boat (aka piece of s*it) from LML. We have never owned a boat before so we really didn't know what to look for. We got the boat home (over an hour away) and it wouldn't crank. After calling and complaining they told us to bring it back in and they'd look at it. I really don't think they did anything and my stupid self believed them so we got it all the way back home AGAIN and lowered it into the water... Guess What!!! It still doesn't work!!! It only works in idle!!! Please know that regardless of what is written on the contract or bill of sale, they do not hold up to their end of the deal. Our bill of sale clearly states water ready outboard motor and it is clearly not water ready! They are a TOTAL scam AND I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO MAD I DIDN'T LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE WE WERE!!! I am so upset by this. Oh and come to find out, he's known in the industry as "the junk peddler"!!! |

| I just recently had the worst experience with this place! Long story short the screwed my engine...stole parts...broke parts...and gave me an engine that is all in pieces!! I would like to get into contact with you if you are available. These guys cannot get away with this!!! |

| Live in Australia and bought a 1994 250 Ec Searay from J Shane Vaughan of Lanier Marine Liquidators. Paid $19 000 for the boat, new trailer, 3ft extension for trailer, paperwork to be posted to us and shipping and insurances. Long story short, never received paperwork other than a few scanned copies or bill or sale, boat registration and some photos. Did find out though that our 1994 Searay was in fact a 1993, after we paid the money. Our boat arrived and thanks to the shipping agent Shane hired, James O'Connor of Al Flags International, no import registration was done on trailer, which should have been done before boat and trailer left America, no paperwork, and no communication, Our boat is sitting in Brisbane Port racking up storage fees because All Flags have now sent us, one week after boat arrived, an invoice stating we owe him more money because the dimensions were out on the measuring of our boat and the cost of transporting was higher than quoted. This man had 8 weeks to let us know of the difference and amount owing and did not return emails or phone calls until my boat starting racking up fees. He has held our boat to ransom. I feel this is extorsion. Have walked away without a boat and trailer, $19 000 out of pocket and dream lost of ever owning a boat because someone didn't do their job properly and Shane is still trying to get to the bottom of it. No these guys can not get away with it, so where do we go, how can we get this guy shut down. There are complaints date as far back as 2007 and he is still in business! WHY? |
