The most unethical General Manager, Be aware of this business

They have no respect for the Employee's Why would they have any for their clients?

About two month ago just by luck I came across an email which My fiance who works for worldwide travel had left open. We had been together for almost 5 years and we have a beautiful 2year old son.
The email was about her renting a place with Larry McQuarrie the general manager of worldwide, in Valencia, and Long Beach. She was paying the deposit out of my Pay Pal acct. When I saw it my eyes almost popped out I could not believe what I was seeing. She was planning to move out,with out letting me know,and leave my 2 year old son behind with me. It was so much out of realty for me. I had to sit down and make sure I am not seeing things.

She had only been with Worldwide for about 6months. She started working because my business was slow. She wanted to work so she could bring home a pay check and to help and now she is leaving? This was her way to show how much she cared and helped.

She was on commission and her average commission for the month would be $700.00 to $800.00. She only worked 4 days a week. Having a 2 year old and working is not easy. I know that. Most of her work was on weekends and I was staying home taking care of our baby so she can work. I guess she wanted to have an affair instead of working.

Fist when she started she use to hate Larry from what she told me. She use to say no matter who says what Larry has done it better. My understanding is he is about 50, and my fiance is 29.

A 50 year old general manager going after a 29 year old employee who has a 2 year old son is uncontainable to me. Especially when he encourages her to move out of her home, and leave her 2 year old son behind. They only known each other a few months.

My fiance does not drive, or has a bank account, he had to have provided everything for her so she feels secure enough to move out? Can he be that desperate? Couldnt he find someone who did not have such a small baby? Didn't he know the effect of emotional pain, and the trauma this would cause on a 2 year old? Can he be that stupid or was he so selfish that he did not care?

To me this is a direct interference in my relationship. I think he is a selfish animal who thinks his sick needs are more important than of a 2 year old to his mother?

He doesnt have the mental capacity to know people go to work for him so they can earn a living for their family not so that he can rip their family apart?

He is not young he is the general manager he has responsibility to all employees. Even if my fiance wanted to move out , he as the manager should have advised her not move out and leave her son behind, He should have advised her to stay home and try to keep her family intact, instead of doing the right thing he jumped on an opportunity to get a piece of ass.

What kind of value system does he have? I actually called him 20 to 30 times to ask him that question and he never took my call. Then I read a review from a client of WorldWide Travel hat he also had called him over and over but he never returned his call either. That's when I realized this guy is a pro he is used to have people calling him and he not answering, So I stopped wasting my time to even talk to him he already had shown to me who he is and what kind of value system he has.

Just because he is the general manager and has high position with influence does not give him the right to go after employees who are vulnerable because of having a small child and financial problems at home?

That night after I saw the email I talked to my fiance and she gave me a bunch of BS, the next day I called Larry McQuarrie . Thats the only time he took my call, because he had not achieved the goal of my fiance moving out. I talked to him on the phone and he's story matched what she had told me the previous night, I could tell he is lying. He lied through his teeth so I won't stop her from leaving. Just for his benefit.

The next day I had the confirmation that everything he said was a lie, my fiance moved out. Because I found out in time I managed to put a stop on my Pay Pal acct. They did not move in together. She had to rent a room from a friend of hers who also works at World Wide.

If Larry McQuarrie lie's to a family member of his employee like a used car salesman you think he will not lie to his clients when he is after their money?

I was left alone with my 2year old for a whole month before I had to go court and my ex started taking care of our son also. I know for the 1st week or so she was staying at Larry's place. For my son suddenly losing his mother was very hard. I still get eye's full of tear when I remember his little depress face.

Now my ex is driving one of Larry's cars with Arizona plate, She tells me most of her work is marketing from his place and she can only go to the office on weekends, she tells me she is still on salary of $700.00 a week, but is paid to her under the table so there is no record. I wounder what kind of marketing she really does from his place that pay's her 4 times what she use to make as a sales person and getting paid under the table?

To me its so sad and heart breaking to see she is being used . I don't think she has realized what kind of damage she has caused to our 2 year old, herself and me. I also know It was all made possible by Larry McQuarrie just for his sick needs and selfishness. I just think is sicking for a manager at work to provide so much for an employee basically she sold herself to him.

A few weeks before she moved out one night by mistake she told me all the free gifts the company send's out to get customers to walk in to see the presentation of their so called travel club, have hidden costs that it adds up to be more than if you would buy the gifts directly yourself. She also said you don't get any savings by paying as much as $8,000.00 membership fee for the membership program they offer.. You can get the same price at any discount travel company on the internet. Basically they charge a membership fee for nothing.

Just to be fair to the Company I don't know if what she said is true or not? I myself have not looked in to it, I have never bought any of there vacations or seen any of their presentations but if Larry is any indication of the management and ownership of this company, from what I have seen and experienced by his value system I would be extremely careful doing business with them. . I would think before paying up to $8000.00 of your hard earned money you would want to compare the vacation package and air line ticket prices with other places on the internet.

You can also read some of the other reviews of the company on different places in internet. You will see people who have done business with them are very unhappy, they all say they have been screwed. If you see the good reviews be aware of them I saw a great review written by my ex on WorldWide Travel where she is working, and everything on that was lie. I do have a copy of it. So I imagine all the good reviews are written by them. That's probably her marketing job writhing totally false reviews from his place. I actually told her how does this make you feel when you write totally false reviews so you get people in so you guys can take their hard earned money? Isn't this like stealing? Once I saw that I said it wasn't enough for them to cheat and screw me now they want to do it to everyone? So I decided to write this review and hopefully I can help and show what kind of business this place is.
