My wife and i were shopping for a used altima for our daughter so we explored the internet using autotrader.com. We found a 2007 preowned car at larry rich nissan in lagrange. The advertised price was what i thought was a great price so i called the dealership and was told the car was there and available at the advertised price. We reside in Marrietta Ga which is about 65 miles north of the dealership. We decided to go and look and try to buy this car. We arrived at the dealership and drove the car and decided to purchase the altima. The salesman took our paperwork and chech to the manager a man named John Rich he then came over and told us the price was a mistake and that it would be another 2000 dollars if we wanted this car. Well my wife went online and again checked the price and it was still advertised on autotrader at 9950. We were very upset after driving almost 90 minutes to purchase this car. As my wife began to show her frustration another man came up and said he was the general manager jimmy rich. well his attitude was despicable. His response to us was if we did not like the deal then we could get in our car and leave. The idea of customer service with these people is obviously not in their minds. Please people do not shop with these idiots.
