Larry Scott is a con artist who took advantage of a woman owned business. He was told all negotiations of the business were called off. He made promises to my employees for them to walk off the job forcing me to turn over my company. He gave me an employment contract he didn't honor. He held my wages in return for a written release so I would not sue him for breach. He never released my wages because I refused to sign his written release. This man conned me into selling him my woman owned business for his own personal gain. He told numerous lies destroying my credibility to my previous clients. He then hired my x husband to help run his business who I have a order of protection against. This man also took my dump truck and refused to pay on his lease agreement forcing me to reposes it with the help of law enforcement. This man needs to be stopped.

I believe I can vouch that the Man you refer to is a scam artist. If he in fact has taken over a government dbe/ wbe enterprise contrthat action is fraudulent. He will be subject to Federal Charges. If this individual has taken over your business that has or is obtaining work involving Fannie Mae contracts for maintrainence of foreclosed properties he is under investigation. If this is the same individual who has subcontracted this maintenance out to what he calls subcontractors and those subcontractors are paying their employees $9:00 an hour cash (less than Min. Wage after they pay thier appropriate taxes) and has claims against him and his subs for non-payment of wages while using federal tax money to support the business, then yes he is a fraud. Anyone doing business with him, including realtors, banks, investment companies or brokers are also being scrutinized and should consider opting out of contracts or using his service.
