LBPS SETERUS Wont take payments unless I pay late charges, They took over my loan and did not inform me. Internet

I have had a this home for nearly 20 years. NOW they want to foreclose on me and have even sent a police man to tell my tenants they should move out of the property within 90 days
I have never heard from a lawyer or even received a payment coupon or P&I statement in 8 months of dealing with the LBPS PRIOR to LBPS taking over my account I had never missed a payment IBPS Took over my loan in Sept OF 2010. I had no idea who they were and I called the people at IBPS did not know who I was? When I came back from Vacation I had a letter of introduction as they have taken over my loan form Wells Fargo. NEXT I was told i was late on my mortgage? I had been on auto direct deposits for 15 years so I could not be late. THEY said that it is now a new company, THEN. THEY told me my payments were about $200.00 higher then the orignial principal and intrest I was used to paying? I requested a copy of my proposed payments
I also gave the lady on the phone my checking account number. I told her to run what ever payment was needed as long as no fees were attached. as I was not late they stoped taking my funds. SHE said she could not do that. I said then HOW can I pay my mortgage. I was clear about paying and I only want to pay the correct amount. A manager was to look into my mortgage. NOTE at this time I had not received any booklet, stub or notice of intreats and payment amour, ONLY by phone.
I called and called. my request was clear and recorded, THEY say all calls are recorded. I HOPE.
NOW they want to forclose on me. EVEN three weeks ago I asked for somethings in writing to be able to pay any balance in full less fees as I requested. THEY have not sent me any thing until JULY 14th 2011
NOW I see my statement P-&-I for the first time. I only owe $3000.00 and I wan to keep the home but they want legal fees ESTIMATED FEES to be paid for nearly $3000 extra? I have had no issue paying the loan infect I had paid over 200 a month extra for the last 5 years. I do not know what to do, I told the people I am dyslexic and have ADHD, I requested emails they said no. I have done what I can BUT what CAN I DO I do not have extra money for legal fees only the money I have been holding to pay on my loan when I was to get proper paper work and corrections to pay;;;; O note. THEY also had the wrong % intreats rate. It was lower at the time and they tried to charge me more as well based on T bills or something. PLEASE warn every one about there intentions to steal my home. Thank you Steve

you do realize that you agreed to the late charges when you got the mortgage, as well as fact that the investor can move your loan without consulting you.

Also a modification is not required, Seterus does offer this but they do not have to. If they don't take payments you are in FC status, and you are in FC status because you have not made payments on your home for a very very long time. Emails are against the law when dealing with any type of financial. If fees are over 3000.00 that is because they not have only taken on your mortgage payment they have also paid your taxes that YOU have not paid. Instead of coming to a websight to complain and bitch, why don't you try to do something to try to help yourself, like short sale other liquidation options. You stated you have been holding pay on your home, yes I say you have for more than a year, let me ask what you have done with all the money you SHOULD of been paying on your Mortage, it really gets me when people like YOU dont make a effort but then when you are going to sale or close to you cry cry cry, , , Also sending you payment books, etc is a courtsey it is NOT required by any one. You should know when you have to pay and how much. If you don't you are making excuses. Hire a Attorney if you think I am wrong, they will tell you the same thing. I work for Seterus, I deal with people like you day in and day out, but I will say most are trying to keep homes they have, and do everything in the power they have to do so. Stop crying get off the computer and do something about it!

well i have to say im one happy person seterus has offer me a house modification please excuse my spelling by m morgage was 1650 and has drop down to 1073.00 thats amazing im going to take the deal i will be able to keep my house ofcourse my loan has change to 40 years but im ok with that thank you seterus

I don't for one believe any of the comments above. Yes the lender can transfer without notice to the borrower, but, the lender does have a responsibility as well. They can not just arbitrarily increase payment amounts. Just do any google search on this company and you read the same story, over and over. SHAME on them. Gestopo tactics should not be tolerated! Pay us, what ever we say you owe, or else...

I had a mortgage with Sun Trust, which I saw we were going to have to default on. I told ST and they said, "We have a program called 'Deed-In-Lieu-of-Foreclosure'. Just fill out these forms and turn your deed over to us. You won't have to go to Foreclosure and it won't hurt your credit." So we filled out the forms and gave them our Deed. Now I just got a forwarded letter from Seterus, Inc. saying Fannie Mae has turned your mortgage over to us and pay up in full or suffer the consequences. Two questions: How did they make 2 transfers of Servicers without saying anything? and What did Sun Trust do with my Deed? I don't have the house.

We are 73, I've been out of work for 2 years, and we're in another country living off Soc. Security.

Easy. Call a real estate attorney for help. It's worth it to not lose your home. Most likely, they will sue on your behalf if things done were not legal or are not made right. It's the only way to get proper help.

How come they do not have too provide a P&I statement ? The law says they're required under fair trade and lending act. My rates were adjustable and went down but set
Seterous said that my payment was higher? They would not provide any amounts in writing only over the phone So I gave my money too a lawyer instead of seturous. Not knowing what else too do. I believed they were corrupt based on every thing I have read
