I needed a part to repair a monitor. The part did arrive, but it was indeed a defective part. You can't reach the company via phone or email. The 877-404-6790 number rings to a phone system but it loops, and you can't leave a message. If only I had checked Ripoff report first, I would have found the many other similar victims reports and avoided being ripped off myself by www.lcdrepair.us Well from other reports, the owner is Tim Welch who happens to live in a nice house here in Heath, Tx.
. I've contacted Paypal and Yahoo Stores as well as the major card holders - Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, of his fraudulent dealings so clearly spelled out here at ripoffreport.com. Simply avoid this company and the owner like the plague. You won't see your order and no money back. He is a pure online fraud. I sure hope this b*stard gets shut down before more people get cheated.
Mr. Welch needs to spend time behind bars - he's stealing from the public. I hope the piece of sh*t rots in hell! What comes around goes around, motherf*cker.
