lean spa refused to refund my money of $79 even before the free trial was over.charged my bank %79 before the trial perion was over.refused to refund

I agreed to try a product produced by leanspa which was suppose to loss your weight in a couple of weels.The idea was that iwill be given a 2 week free trial and i can cancel anytime the 2 week perion ends ,return the bottle and get my money back.It was not clear to me whethter the 2 weelk trial beginsa once you receive the merchandise or at thetime they mailed the product.Anyway I received the product a week after i ageed to try in for 2 weeks.In which case if the counted the start of the free trial on the day they sent the product i have one more week for them to charge $ 79.I was about to cancel which i ultimately did because i say in my bank statement that they already charged me the $ 79.00there is not enough time to try the producrt and its efficacy in a span of one week.When i cancelled they require that i produce proof of service and the name of the person who signed the receipt at their warehouse.IT was a good idea although i spent about $10 to have the package a certified with signature ,otherwise i do not have any proof of service to show.Inspite of the fact that i produced fromUSPS the proof of service and the signature of the person who received the bottles still they refused to ra refund but indteaf made an open ticket in mty case which makes me more confuse /tou know i already produced all the documentation ,proofs etc.they still refute to refund me.There must be something wrong somewhere ,somehow.this must be a scam of such horrendous nature.This is the best that I can do under these circumstances if i do not get a refund at least i have learned a lesson not to trust these scammers again
