I was charged $12.99 for a 1-2 minute direct call (not collect). They never informed me of the rate. Have a Legacy professional contact you by filling out the following form. I was camping in a remote area without cell connection. The campground had a phonebooth. I did not have any change. Listed on the booth was the option to pay with a credit card through Legacy Collect Cypress CA. I called the number and used their service. I was never informed on how much it would cost. I was shocked to see the three times I used the service cost me a total of $59.24. This is rediculous and robbery! I am filing a complaint and want my money back as this is excessive! I never did reach the person live and only was able to leave a vm. The entire call was less than 30 seconds each!
