Legacy Publishing Trying to Get My Money back from Legacy Publishing for the Total Transformation Program Westbrook, Maine |

My name is Jeff F. and I purchased the Total Transformation kit last December. I asked for a refund in late January and returned the completed survey, only to have Legacy say it was incomplete. Legacy has not refunded my money and its become an real issue! I talked with one of their Customer Service Rep's and they didn't like the way I completed their Survey form. It was simply advertised on AM Radio - you don't like it - just send it back for a full refund. That's total BS. This is set-up so customers will never get their money back since its up to Legacy's discretion. 4 Months have gone by and I still have NOT received a refund. I bought the product in good faith, got an RA number, send the competed survey back, and all I want is my money back. This experience has really given me a bad taste about buying products over the radio and especially from legacy Publishing. |

i have also had trouble with Legacy Publishing and their "customer service" group. we ordered the Total Transformation and within a couple of days, we had our credit card stolen. We cancelled the CC and got a new one. Legacy charged the card for the shipping before we replaced it but then cancelled the order and told us that they couldn't bill our card. Then one of their representatives called to tell us that there was a problem with the billing but i explained that we never got the program. they persisted in calling me over and over again and despite my explanation, continued to tell me that they needed payment. i then got a letter from a collections agency asking for double the amount that Legacy claimed i owed. i sent their customer service department an email trying to explain once more and ask how i owed them double the original balance but they once again ignored the explanation and told me i could call them to discuss billing arrangements. awesome!! |
