Just as the first report here stated,my wife and I were pressured into hiring this firm for a mortgage mod.After them taking our money,3-5 days later we were informed how diligently they worked on our case and the reasons they gave were so bogus because they knew all the facts before approaching BOA. We gave them the exact same info and basically all they did was took our money,would not return our repeated calls and after repeated calls their answers were nothing but lies.They ended up keeping our 595.00 and thought nothing of it.They are worse than common theives holding you up at gunpoint and taking your money.We are still trying to get a loan mod through our bank and I wish this company nothing but bad luck and hope they go out of business and have to repay the poor people they ripped off. What a bunch of lowlifes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
