Lepton Labs All Day Slim Took my money AFTER I CANCELLED AND SENT BACK THE PRODUCT..SAME DAY RECIEVED!!! Internet

I ordered the product and recieved it promptly. I took it with me to my doctor's appointment that day and was told I am unable to take it due to my inflammatory bowel disease. When I returned home that day I called the company and recieved the RMA to return the bottle. The package was sent back THAT VERY DAY. 14 days later, while checking my account, I discover it is overdrawn. Lepton Labs charged $64 to my account for an item I returned to them! Not only did they charge me but after 7 phone calls and being told this was being handled by "upper management", I have yet to recieve my refund. Better yet, they claim they cannot locate the item in the warehouse. This has caused multiple problems with my bank account as well as problems concerning my health and the health of my animals,because I am unable to cover the costs. I was not notified by email or phone about the charge being put on my card. These people are shifty. I am going today to file charges with our district attorney as well as the district attorney in California. BAD BUISNESS PRACTICE!
