3 weeks ago I was lured to the dealership to buy a car with no money down. Because of a 2 million $ bankruptcy & Identity theft we have horrible credit. A family member with stellar credit was going to co-sign a vehicle. After 7 hours at the dealership, we were given the vehicle with no paperwork, and a $500.00 down payment.
2 weeks later the finance guy tells us to return the car (he was already fired), and he took with him all our personal info! The finance mgr Mike & Sam told us he was fired over our deal. Robert offered to drive to Minnesota to have family sign the papers without us ever seeing them! (Fax would be okay!) We wouldn't do it. I then received a text from Mike stating to return the vehicle or he would report the car stolen! They had my money! I tried to call the dealership and they had no service! I received an email from them stating they had no power! I had them come pick up the vehicle, they forgot my check! They said my money would be on my debit card as a credit! It is 5 days later and there is no credit! They said it takes a couple of days! I sent them my disclosure statement thats states "Typically" there is no pending! I have to retain an atty, and actually hope to sue the hell out of them.
I work full time, I go to college fulltime, and I take care of my brain injured husband! They stole from us, they have no heart. They wanted our down payment, and thought they could get away with it. I now cannot go to work, school or PT, and my husband cannot go to the dr because we have no car!
This has killed us emotionally, they don't care! I have called them, emailed them, text them, called them, and I have had not response!
Sam, Mike or whomever is in charge, I don't know how you sleep! We put up our hard working money and you stole from us!
