Mr Garulle was hired by my wife and oldest son to custom build and install a garage door for our house he was supposed to install the door in four weeks and took our 50 % deposit to get started, he gave my wife a invoice but there is no company logo or anything it is just a general invoice you can buy at a office store. He was paid cash because he offered a ten % discount for cash payment. After that day he never called back and only after six weeks my wife told me she was worried because she could not get a hold of this guy and he wasn't returning her calls. I tried calling him many times myself and spoke to him once but he only answered that time because he didn't know who I was. It is now six months since the robbery happened and we can not contact this company or guy. I have gone to the address listed on the website www.libertydoorsins.com and that address is also wrong. I don't know what to do but I want to recover our $3,500.00!!! Can someone please help us??? thank you
