Liberty taxes does not inform you how much you will be charged for filing your taxes. They deceit you about how much you will actually be charged for the filing. They make you believe one thing and in reality its a whole different thing. They feed off the fact that you are in need of money to suck you dry. And when you realize what's happened and that in reality you.have just been charged $539.95 for your filing and bring it to their attention the only thing that they say is that those charges can not be reversed. What can you do next? According to.them is refer a friend so that you can get $50.00 referral fee. And according to Liberty you'll make up for the fee that they just charged you. So you now not only are in a.hole but you have also thrown your friend or relative in the loop hole.!! Help!!! Who can I contact to put a.stop to this?
