liberty travels - yvelise hovey argumentive, called me a liar, uncaring,insensitive with an I dont care attitude Willow Grove Pennsylvania

back in march 2011 i went in to plan a vacation @ liberty travels with yvelise hovey to montego bay we talked and made plans, so when time to pay on the trip the card declined,(due to over the limit for that day) so what we did was charged $200.00 to hold booking. incidently a family issue occured with conflicted with travel plans. i called yvelise and told her at this time i would have to plan a little later. She said sure no problem U HAVE WITHIN A YEAR TO BOOK SOMETHING!! the money was nonrefundable. i called her no call back so i then went up to speak with her on the 29 of sept. sat for 30-45mins before i spoke with her about my plans. i wanted to purchase airplane tickets with the $200.00 i already had giving in advance.
she told me that i couldn't do that my money was just lost and their wasn't nothing she couldn't. do or would do for me cause it was too long of a waiting period HUH? it was only 6months wow. She told me i was a liar she never said that to me or my boyfriend and very argumentive. i was literally in tears cause $200 dollars is too much money to lose and not to b on vacation. she didnt even try to help me or my boyfriend out it was a done deal with her. we have your money and that's that.i asked for corp. phonenumbers and called them no call back as of yet. i am a customer and was treated like trash. i've always booked vacations with them and this was by far the worst encounter i had and never was i told that money u put down was nonrefundable. im hurt very upset and feel im not a valuable customer. her customer service to me was bad and needs to be retrained. taking peoples hard earned money i wrong!!!
