Am responding to LHS . After almost a month she has taken my picture with my grandchild off her site. She still has false accusations against me, but I can ignore that. She seems to do that to anyone that disagrees with her. But, isn't this a threat?? Posted on LHS site now: Just want you to know that I have 47 typed pages which were copied and pasted from your comments about me on the two Topix threads. Your complaint stating that: . Accusing me of things I never did. I don't know her or anyone or anything she's talking about. Will not hold water for one second in a legal hearing. I even have one comment where you admitted calling me and then lied and said that I acted nervous. The truth is that I refused to speak to you because I was on another long distance call. I think I only said maybe a dozen words to you just to tell you that I was on another call and needed to get back to it. In fact, the friend to whom I was speaking on the other call remembers the whole thing very clearly and will testify to the fact that I came back and told her who you were and that I did not want to talk to you. Also, as you well know, I have saved the comments you posted about me on The Truth About Elvis MySpace message board. You are walking on thin ice when you file false claims such as this on a site where it cannot be removed, not even by you who posted it originally. Enough said????? In case you missed it above, I had already gone through and removed your name and your city and state before I saw that you had filed these last two complaints against me. You had better hope that no agencies show up to investigate me because I will show you up for the lies that you wrote in these complaints. You have said enough defaming and slanderous things about me to stand up in a law suit. I have them all saved so it will do you no good to scurry over to the Topix site and start removing what you have said. You revealed who you are to me when you phoned me both times. You revealed your city and state when you posted on the Topix thread...shows up in every single post you made. I named you on my site because of your phone calls to me and I showed your city and state because you had already shown them yourself. Are you aware that everything you have writtenn about me on this site is permanent? Have you read the fine print? Do you really want your false comments about me to be on the Internet forever???
